I feel like when we aren’t feeling sexy, we tend to run away from stores and mirrors. But it could excite you enough to want to wear a cute lingerie piece.
Choose your favorite store and go buy some lingerie. Even if you’re not in the mood to wear them right away, you will need them later!
Make sure to buy pieces you feel comfortable wearing. Perhaps if you are feeling self-conscious of certain parts of your body, you can find a piece that covers enough and allows you to feel comfortable and beautiful in it.
There are many options for all sizes and shapes, but if you’re still not sure which one to go with, try a lacey, flowy baby doll! They always do the work.
Get some energy out, exercise
Let’s make it clear that this has nothing to do with losing weight! Exercising in the morning can be a great way of getting some endorphins running. Endorphins are known to be the happy chemicals in our brain! Happy you, sexy you! Get it?
It can be any sort of exercise. If you like dancing, put your favorite playlist on and dance it out! You can also go for a walk, or a jog, and even do some peaceful yoga. Anything that makes your body move will do the trick!
Follow diversity!
If you are on social media, you are bombarded with extremely skinny models on tiny bikinis. That makes us feel like we should meet the same standards to be able to wear the same pieces, but it’s not true at all!

If you slipped lingerie on and are still not feeling it… That’s okay! Perhaps it’s time to accessorize! What makes you feel sexy? Maybe a pair of heels? Or jewelry? It could even be make-up products.

Our lives are usually very chaotic and we have very little time to dedicate to ourselves. But take the time to do something for yourself! It can be anything. A skincare routine, or even a warm bubbly bath to wash the stress away.
